The Equine Business Directory serves as an online platform linking the equine community with vital services like colt starters, specialized horse trainers, coaches, hay suppliers, feed stores, riding arenas, and veterinarians. Utilizing state-based location mapping across the United States, our aim is to simplify access to the necessary resources that support equine welfare and service providers.

Equine professionals helping other equine related business professionals get connected.

We are starting with our home state and community.  The first equine directory will be set up for our East Texas area, consisting of Sulphur Springs, Greenville, Mt Vernon, Mt Pleasant and spreading outward to our surrounding communities.

I have always wanted to do this ever since I started East Texas Stock Horse, but I didn't have the time for both.

I don't know how many times, I had people asking me for referrals for cow horse trainers, farriers, veterinarians and everything in between.  This will be like a chamber of commerce for our equine businesses here in East Texas!

My goal for this project is not only connecting our horse communities, but to then be able to support some of our groups through sponsorships and scholarships through this Equine Business Directory. 

For $100 (1 year basic listing) we will build our directory listing your business in one or more categories that your Equine Business operates under.  It will include your name, 1 picture or business card, brief discription, and contact information.

For $200 (1 year premier listing) we will build you a full page listing with pictures, business card, your story and a lot of information with links to your website, your social media.  The best part......we will donate a portion of all these listing fees to some of our local groups for prizes, sponsorships or scholarships.

We will probably send out a survey so that you can help us decide what groups to sponsor each year.  Let's have some FUN together!!

I grew up barrel racing, team roping and watching my parents run AQHA Racehorses.  Ran barrels in Nebraska Rodeo Association, Mid States and Kansas. Qualified for the NSRA Finals from 1981 to 1986.  College rodeoed from 1982 to 1984 for Lamar Community College Rodeo Team then University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY.  Won money at several local PRCA rodeos.  Associates degree 

in Horse Training & Management from LCC.

I started training and breeding horses with my parents then formed 4x4 Performance Horses in 2006 here in East Texas.  I have battled breast cancer and won! Competed in local horse shows, started the East Texas Stock Horse in 2021 and turned it over to a BOD in 2024.

​

I have bred over 120 babies and placed them all over the USA.  I enjoy watching and cheering for them in a variety of disciplines from tie down roping, team roping, jumping, dressage, barrels, ranch cutting, versatility and ranching.

​

Growing up in the equine industry is so important for our children and grandchildren.  I was blessed to be a part of it my whole life.  I am not rich in $$ but I am rich beyond compare.  I have had the opportunity to meet some of my best friends through horses.  My life is surrounded by horses and horse people.........I want to build this business to not only help pay for my horse habit.........but to give back to the horse community, more than anything to our youth!  Please help me make this happen and THANK YOU!  Martha
